Refund and Return Policy

1. Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom cabinetry and countertops, all custom orders are final and non-refundable.
2. Standard Items
Returns for non-custom products (if applicable) must be made within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after return inspection.
